I make a fantastic BBQ pork shoulder and of course bacon is one of the greatest foods known to man. For preservation, salt pork is actually much better than salt beef.

Dogs guard cattle or land, help hunt or fish, track escaped niggers, and can help with military and police duties. While pigs are smart, they're just meant to get fat and be eaten.So shape does play a factor, but only in how the animal can be worked.
