the fact is there is no good way of fixing this actual problem short of a total demo then an incredibly expensive rebuild of the entire thing that would change the character of the entire thing, shallow water that is exposed to direct sunlight and has debris and bird shit dropped it in constantly is going to form algae so they would have to make the pool deeper to allow for proper filtration system but that would then make it a safety hazard the niggers and spics up there would drown every few days
