Literally just put an end to mass immigration. Less buyers = lower price. My county was supposed to get some really big manufacturing plants that led to delusional boomers trying to sell their trailer homes for $300k, the plants fell through and now the boomers have lowered the price to $220k (still deranged). If we deported all the mexicans and pajeets house prices would plummet.
