They can barely afford to put gas in thier cruisers. Whats more, if they have to use any kind fo force, or even threaten to use force, they have to fill out a NOVEL .... its HOURS of paper work if they even mace someone. And amazingly, despite this, we have politicians in Ottawa who keep making even more and more ridiculous laws that no one even understands. Its unenforceable at this point. Short of dead body, massive fire, people in hospital type events, our police services dont bother. And all of this craziness actaully makes the law simple, especially in rural areas where I live ... its really simple ... DONT BE AN ASSHOLE .... and the cops wont bother you at all. In fact they will give you a lift home when your truck breaks down out on the road (which happened to me last winter). Other then firearms. If your out hunting, you better have your licence, be sober and have your deer tags. Other then that, Ive never even been asked for ID. I dont know how it works in the big shitty.
