In the last ten days I observed several things that are pretty concerning: 1. First off, your infrastructure and buildings look like they've been constructed during prosperous times and are now only maintained. Everything definitely looks functional, but also so old and worn. It's only a matter of time until you need to renew everything but don't have the resources for it. 2. You have a serious pornography and sex cult problem. Young girls (jailbait??) are standing outside on the main streets advertising god knows what. All while being dressed like whores. Boomers approach those girls before deciding to go to a toy store after all that sports thick and busty action figures. Also, I read that about 50 % of Japanese men have paid at least once for sex with a prostitute. And then all the teenager girls are running around in skirts and stockings? You can't tell me that those men aren't freaks that don't think about fucking those underage girls. 3. Your currency is worth shit. Everything is so fucking cheap and I'm from a Yuropoor country. You pay 2,50 € for lunch here and 25 € for a full basket of groceries. Even when going to convenience stores in the city center you can easily afford everything they offer. 4. Your economy is a catastrophe. Apart from the zombie companies, you have a rapidly declining population with a tough demographic change. Soon, there won't be workers anymore that currently provide the most basic services. I am talking about restaurant owners, crossing guards, teachers, ... I've been to Tokyo and Kyoto a few times and their downtowns look like what some guy in the 1980s would write the 2010s looking like.
