As for practical advice: you need to ensure you drink a gallon(i think 3.5 liters or so) of water in the heat. More if it is humid. If you are working outside its about a liter per hour in humididty. The heat kills people every year, you cant always just power through it. I had heat sickness working deliveries with no AC in the truck. Didnt roll the windows down enough.
