So only rich people are allowed to live innawoods and off-road huh, they really don’t want us off the plantation.

You can get a GTR or C8 with that kind of money. Is Toyota out of their mind?

>only rich people
Cheap money, neurotic insecurities, and long term leases have enabled this sort of foolishness.
Elaborate wheelchair that's a depreciating asset and nothing more.

I saw a RWD 1992 chwvy astro sell for like 2000 leafbux just today
Was mond no rust and 179,000km on odo
And red
So other than the lack of awd it was the perfect campervan for a brokefag

You just gotta research and corner the market with liquid cash and dont second guess yourself when you get a deal

Or

For the price of a faggot 80k electronics shitshow: even 1/4 of that would be enough to retrofit and restore and repair any used fucker into a competent machine
But gas guzzling be expensive and if your home breaks down youre indeed fucked

A better idea for 80k would be find a shitty plot of land and stick a trailer on it, probably able to do that all in and have some left over for 50 goats

Sceptical about the new Toyotas and Lexus with turbo engines to be honest.
I have always had Toyota and currently have a 2016 Rav4 Hybrid. Got the car with about 10k miles on it and now its pushing 200k miles. Not had a single issue with it at all.
I hear the newer ones do have some issues though. Love the Grand Highlander, and pretty sure they are more reliable than most if not any brand out there, but doubt they are as flawless as Toyota used to be.
>>
>$81k
You can get one here for $51k exactly the same. Burgers being fleeced once again.

New toyos are shit
Until toyota northa america brings the fullsize diesel hilux, every truck and wuv they sell is dogshit and overpriced toyota tax useless
Imagine owning one of their new small bloxk twin turbo shitters or a hybrid where good luck working on everything
Seriously, we perfected ICE in the mid 2000s and decided to continue shitting and innovating where nothing is left to improve: only when you invent new problems, suddenly there is

How about a big fuckin NO, and just give the market what they want: ease of access, we can work on ot, fuel efficoent unless you need towing power

Ban women from driving and this situation resolves itself overnight, 85% of consumer foids are gonna buy a stupid fucking luxury awd SUV crossover regardless- and now that thats all vehicles everything fucking sucks

Also almost nobody makes manual transmissions anymore, fucking retarded

Modern problems require 90's solutions

Rich people have to constantly maintain their wealth and property. They can't go off grid.
>>
>>537412089
We are forced to buy these tanks just to survive on modern highways. Everyone is driving around with TikTok or reels playing on the phone, zonked out on SSRIs and slamming down a $10 extra large iced caramel macchiato crashing into one another. If it wasn’t for them we could just drive around on $2,000 Honda cubs that get 60 mpg.

I bought a 23 TRD ORP last year because these are way overpriced and I don't think they will be as reliable. I want to be putting around in this thing when I'm 70. I really want to get my hands on an 80 series Land Cruiser.

>>
>>537421562
In somewhere like Texas it's like $5,000 per acre, just doing quick average cost research. In a high cost state like Hawaii or New Jersey it'll be like $100,000
>>
>>537421652
Whatever. I'm dead, figuratively. I need open space and wilderness to not go insane, I grew up dreaming that when I became a wagie I could buy the farm houses I rode by in the country and it would be that simple. I spent the last several years watching my one remaining dream evaporate and the value of land outpace my literal savings, wondering why the few obscure things I wanted are a privilege for the elite, I know why now it's because wilderness is pretty highly desired by the successful and unsuccessful (me) alike to get away from retards and pavement apes, the kikes have assured an outdoor experience will be someone the middle class rents for the day on weekends in a communal outdoors you have to share with Cletus stomping around shooting all the wildlife. I'm dead
>>
>>537413655
I bet those are also overpriced now too.
As soon as companies realize people want something they monopolize it and the price shoots up 500%.
>>
>>537412089
Next month, I'll make the last payment on my 2021 that I bought new for $49,350. Prices are getting ridiculous.
>>
>>537412089
Those prices are outrageous.
Probably costs less than 10k to produce.
There should be at least 1 model of car that every car maker is forced to retail for no more than 30% of what it costs to make.
Let the fancy people buy designer cars. I merely need a functional one.
>>
>>537412089
Retarded. I miss our 4runner but a distracted spic in a huge new truck nuked it from behind at an intersection, and the model's become less great and more expensive every year since 2013. Offered to buy a 'TRD Sport' from both local dealers a few years ago but they thought it was a dumb trim and wouldn't order one. We just buy creampuff pre-2022 V8 Grand Cherokees now at 1/3 of their MSRP, they're superior vehicles by every measure anyway and haven't been 'unreliable' at all.
>>
>>537422821
>forced to retail for no more than 30% of what it costs
Is this the power of the Mexican intellectual?
