At least in my country its because of immigrants. Kids used to buy beer or whatever and just hang out in a park or other area. It was completely safe and there were adults within 1 minute you'd know would give their life for you.Try that now and 50-100 non-whites will show up only to start fights. Swedes literally can't be outside, in bars or pubs. All parties are behind closed doors and private events. You need a lot less alcohol for these types of events.

Parasites are aging younger generations more as younger gens don't smoke or drink as much. Moderate alcohol and tobacco use = longer lives. Is why Boomers are the longest living generation, and projected to be the longest living humans ever, as younger gens are aging faster. All human groups throughout history that had longevity as a characteristic, drank alcohol regularly.
