The local politicians are trying to solve the problem. That way they hope that the junkies are more accessible to medical and social support services.I would think this could just cause junkies and drug sellers from other counties to relocate to Cologne and Düsseldorf worsen the problem. A junkie will still have to steal, even if the drug he wants to buy is legal, won't he? the things you see are uncanny if you ever have to visit a central station and surrounding areas in any bigger city in Germany.What can be done?
