What impressed me is always the huge roads and cement structures that are huge for no reason at all. Good food and clothes were very cheap so going there as a Euro was worth the cost. But now? Its a fucking hell hole in the making literally everything seems broken or slowly breaking. Shit is expansive as fuck and people arent that friendly anymore. I used to have random conversations with people not this time. Went to Houston this time and I really cant believe how people are fine with the sprawling mess.Its still a good place epically for the nature parks but there is a huge disconnect between the people working in those high end IT jobs and the average joe. Still a nice place for tourists.

Fast food taste better than in europe for some reason but the food in general isn't that good, every restaurant has the same menu. Worst part is the society ferling empty cultureless compared to europe and random niggers starting conversations with you. I had never heard of it before so I havent tried making my own but it's the best. Simple salad with tomato, lettuce, cucumber, some shallot or onion, shaved carrot. Its way more of a refined and punchy flavor. Creamy. Excellent if you're having chicken or fish as its a tarragon and light citrus flavor. Damn good.
