Is the heatwave in France actually a big deal? Isn't it supposed to get hot in the summer?
>>
>>537619546
I work only at nights because of it

summers are especially bad in europe because they destroyed all their forests (natural canopies to provide shade)

I think I should move to arctic Canada or Alaska

fwiw over here in my region or Kraut we've had a average winter and since then been bouncing from one extreme to another.
nothing's sticking to the long running averages anymore.
it's either violently above, or below.
high volatility.
>t. mid 90s for at least 14 days straight whilst average is low to mid 70s

yes.
western europe is horrifically overpopulated.
>>

What the fuck are you talking about you clueless mutt?

That's true if you're talking about agricultural countryside, not cities where people actually live.

European cities are greener than American cities and it's not even close.

even the way you type is retarded

>That's true if you're talking about agricultural countryside, not cities where people actually live.
please show the heavily forested cities where large populations of people live, I'm waiting.
>European cities are greener than American cities and it's not even close.
who is comparing? why are you making it a competition, memeflag?
>>

I'm pretty sure that's the contrary

Heat+lot of vegetation make things worse because the humidity stays in so it's even harder

I had less trouble to deal with 40 around Beziers than in the Pays Basque intérieur because pays Basque is hugely green with a lot of vegetation.

That being said if any sci fag can prove me wrong through explanation i'd appreciate

It's only June and we got 2 heatwaves.
They are not uncommon but they mostly occur during July or August.
Right now it should be 20-24. not 40.

78 burger-units is about perfect weather, honestly.
>>

why don't they just buy an air conditioner?

It's 1:30 AM in Spain (0:30 if they used their proper timezone). It's definitely bearable, but I wouldn't call it perfect weather by any means.

Southern Europe gets over 2 weeks of 40C weather, usually during July. 40C in fucking Paris is rare though.

>heatwave
Someone post the comparison that shows 15 years ago the news showed a weather forecast that looked normal with little suns and clouds, but now they make everything look like a dark red inferno, even though the average temperature has remained the same.
>>
>>537620973
Silly you, since when we get to have exclusive things?
>>
>>537620973
A good portion of the US usually gets to 40C/104F for a few months.
It's been 37C/100F to 43C/110F for the past month. No humidity though.

It's being used for global warming propaganda.
