Jrs probably a Predator spray machine. It is almost assuredly the fault of the contractor or possibly the peroxide. More than likely, no one did moisture tests in the concrete and they sprayed this shit on and it didn't cure correctly, hence the peeling.>t. Fuck ups or correctly cured coatings and just high spots or globs of shit, but it's still waterproof and won't bubble or peel. What's hilarious is everyone thinks you can fix things like this by coating with something, and it rarely ever fucking works.
