Ukrainians are getting massacred around Konstantinovka and Lyman, with a flood of Russian videos coming out in the past couple days. This has always bothered me about Ukraine's strategy - why do they refuse to let their guys withdraw in a timely manner? Russia is not afraid to run away when a situation looks bad, like in Kherson. But Ukraine seems to keep sending guys into completely hopeless situations no matter what.

Jamming them wont work, because of fiber optics or new AI aiming systems, that are switching on and taking over once they are close to the target and the enemy jamming is able to reach. The only option is to move in small two men teams trying to slip by, or to crawl and dig, and lift boddies out of the way and keep digging where the last guy fell. Russians are litterally using sewers pipe lines to make progress because walking on land is death sentence. The only other way is go full zerg rush and drow bodies at the problem. You gain a small land grap by killing a battallion of troops to a drones, but you are unable to hold your positions as you have no way to keep supply lines open because of those drones. US military would do the exactly as russian did in the beginning. Send troops trying to overwhelm and then retreating and regrouping, and then trying to adjust. I know CIA and the US military has spended billions into hollywood to make you believe that US is unstobable force, but in truth you lost to iran. You wouldnt be able to do any better against ukrainians then russians have.
