go on you knees facing forward. put one leg directly to the side with your toes pointed forward and flat on the floor as much as possible. try touching your feet as you stretch. once youre done, do the same stretch but this time your toe is towards the sky. then switch legs

this single stretch alone will instantly relieve back pain. if done often enough you wont ever have back pain again.

lower back pain doesnt come from your back. it comes from tight muscles and ligaments below your back (pelvic girdle) that are pulling down on the muscles of the back causing spasms, stiffness, pain etc

Exercise makes your MUSCLES stronger because they're meant to be worn down and then recover. Which is also why resting, sleep and nutrition is as important as exercising.
However, your joints, can't recover like that. If you put strain on them, repeatedly, for hours daily, for years, you'll fuck them up. To get strong, you need two things: progressive overload and recovery. Manual labor has no progressive overload. They're not maxing out squatting 405 lbs of equipment, they're squatting like 50 lbs over and over and over and over. And more importantly, this problem is compounded by the fact that they DO NOT GET ANY RECOVERY. Just sit flat on the floor and try to reach your toes. Do it until it burns/hurts a bit.

If you can't reach your toes at all, lay flat on your back, and use a belt around the bottom of your foot, and pull your lower leg so your knee moves towards your chest. Hold for 30 seconds while it hurts/burns then relax for a minute or two then repeat.

Horsefeathers. I got really strong as a young man with no overloading and no heavy weights. I was following a book from the 60s, doing mostly calisthenics and body weight or isometric exercises. Plus some sandbags I made. I got strong that way, and I stayed strong.

I have a friend who does heavy barbells, strength wise we are about the same. I can do his lifts, and we look about the same. I will admit that his way built muscle faster. But I will also say that when it comes to moving heavy objects, and we work together, I usually seem to have less trouble. I think the old exercises gave you great core power and energy management.

The bigger the event, the bigger profits. You're probably imagining working stuff like Little League games but unless it's a tournament it won't be worth hauling shit out.
We're talking attendance in the hundreds at minimum and several hours of captive audience.
I know a guy who runs 3 such carts (donuts and shit, apparently they get better margin) and maybe does half a dozen events per year but they're huge events so he cleans up.
That said, doing small scale events might be a good way to get contacts for larger events. You're just not going to make much money, as in barely enough to cover gas if it's a typical Little League game.
