I'm pretty old but I work in healthcare so I'm constantly working with younger people and, yeah, the guys could be fitter but the women couldn't run TEN YARDS without dying. It's really easy to look at a group of 'modern' women and just think "Oh, okay, whatever I guess these women must be average fitness" but it's clothes, hair, and that talking mouth. Actual BMI is overweight (at LEAST) but, most importantly, they are existentially un-fit. They have never been fit. The last time the might have been remotely fit was when they were 12 riding their bikes around. They're, say, 25 and they still think they've 'got it' in regards to athletic ability. I have female friends who're rolling into their 50's thinking the lacrosse or basketball they haven't played in 30+ years magically enfittened them forever. These bitches can't even climb on top to fuck without gasping after 2 minutes.
