Why Europeans have so distorted view of the wealthy of typical middle class Americans? Europeans think that only the top-1% of American live well and have a strange sense of superiority when in reality even the American poorest live better than European middle class?

That home in most parts of the USA would be in the 2-5 million dollar range. That is likely around half a million in cars alone. Most Americans never see a million dollars in their entire lives.

The average American is a millionaire by 51 bud, 1 in 3 white men in the usa are millionaires right now. Middle class in the usa is a household income of $300-500k/year and can easily afford that $1-2m mcmansion

That house is obviously brick bud. Only 7% of Americans live in “cardboard” track houses. 83% of Americans live in cities in early prewar limestone buildings, modern glass and steel skyscrapers or brick/stone townhouses

America is a big place with varying cost of living. You have to think of different states like different countries, almost. Some are poor, some rich, cost of living and available markets change what people can get...
Where I live, high cost, that left house would cost 1-2 million, no one but upper class is getting something like that. Somewhere in buttfuck nowhere, it'd be more affordable if you can find one, but across the board we are on track to no one affording good-sized homes.
Those houses are shit anyway, I should add. Everything in one of those is fake now and starts deteriorating instantly as soon as you buy it. Itll go to shit by the tine you are old, your kid will sell it at a huge relative loss, they will tear it down and build another fraud mcmansion. It's all vanity.
If it makes you feel better, I live in a high cost of living area, and despite being ahead of my peers my house is a double-wide mobile home with some additions on it, only one story, Im probably not gonna be able to get a real house till I'm like 35 and it will be small and shitty too.
