My trailers a small 1 bedroom model and my grampa put a tin roof over the existing trailer roof a few years before him and my gramma gave the trailer/ couple acres land to me and moved to Florida. So the trailer retains cold perfectly. The AC's probably around 16 or 17 years old and keeps chugging along perfectly. Keeps my trailer a comfy 65 degrees farenheight all summer long.
