What they are saying is true. It's basic sociology.From a structural analysis, white people exist within a dominant racial hierarchy where they inherently hold systemic leverage. That's why minorities cannot be racist toward the dominant class in a systemic sense as they simply do not possess the institutional or state power to enforce it.

Black run cities and institutions always end up corrupt and incompetent because they have a different value system and culture. The only answer is they need hyper structure and discipline like the military to fully integrate once and for all, or they have to live in their own isolated nation not even exposed or adjacent to White culture or systems.
