People don't randomly get murdered or killed out here, there's almost always some prior connection like drugs, debts, gang beefs, etc. Now you might get robbed if you're walking around looking confused, scared, or vulnerable, so you'll have to learn to look like you belong where you are and just don't give a fuck about anything as you're going about your business. Don't bother learning which hoods are "safe" and which are "dangerous," just DO NOT under any circumstances go through residential areas full of townhouses and you'll stay clear of the bad neighborhoods for the most part, also don't go aimlessly wandering the downtown area without knowing where you're going and make sure you stay in well lit and populated areas. If you see guys shooting dice just take the biggest detour possible and avoid the whole area before you get caught up in something.
