They aren’t Russia who loses more soldiers every month than all of the Vietnam war combined and for every few weeks the entire middle east wars combined.The US would never accept operations like Germany did with Barbarossa since they don't want millions of killed Americans even if they do win. Because their soldiers know they are on the side of evil and they don't want to die for that or in that state.That is why every casualty is so destabilizing to morale, it makes them feel exposed despite the comical tech advantage. At least that's how I feel about it.
