I don’t work with any women. It’s actually kinda nice because they all just look to me to tell them what to do and then they leave me alone since we all work from home. Even my boss, who is a woman, just asks me what I think about things occasionally, and beyond that I don’t really have to do shit. All the procedural processing work is done by younger employees and women who get paid like a fraction of what I get paid and I’m not on the hook for any responsibility or meetings because I’m not the boss on paper.
