American State Nationals seem to do better than them when it comes to lawfully using loopholes. The crux of it is that theres a 2nd class of citizenship you can obtain that we've forgotten about, which is state citizenship, and that was what every citizen in america was until the class of US citizen was created in the 1870s, which was only meant to be for freed slaves, and has different rights from a state citizen.
