A lot of our industry is moving south and those that haven't are only hiring Indians due to nepotism and other government initiatives. All of that being said the grass is not greener, just move to a small town along the border and you can have an experience closer to peak Canada than what it is currently like living here.

One woman I met, a colleague, complained about not having kids. in front of our working group I just said "I can fix that for you, way easier for both of us.
