I want to hear pol opinion about Birthright citizenship
Citizens at birth must have a two married parents, male and female, and the parent's parents were both born in America to married parents.
>>537830185The law was written before visajeet was conceived of The spirit of the law clearly did not agree with bad faith visasThe law was written more to avoid overreach of government
>>537830185it's never too late to correct an obvious misreading of the lawWong Kim Ark had a two man dissent, start there
>>537830185Retarded Christian bullshit
>Many countries don’t have it. >It’s often abused by people who have kids in another country to use that country’s social programs. It’s a not important issue. R’s & D’s should focus on jobs, inflation and AI.
>>537830185A dog born in a stable is not a horse. People are more valuable than territory.
>>537830562It's a very important issue. I could become a citizen of America by raping enough American women and waiting for the trickle down
>>537830185once the supreme court rules birthright citizenship is not a right, the next step will be to claim drinking water is not a human right and ai companies have priority. you can drink the leftovers, if there are any. we have to beat china.
>>537830185If the baby's white then it's alright. If the baby's black ship it back.
>>537830185nobody else does it in the world, and for good reason imagine a bunch of pregnant third worlders arriving on a plane and overstaying their visa just to squeeze out a brat so they can have "usa citizenship" then go back to their own country with that kid, get them citizenship there as well, and use them to chain migrate in the future its all one big fucking scam
>>537830562>It’s a not important issue. It's one of the most important issues that exist you fucking vermin.I can't to watch scum like you hang.
>>537830806>drinking water is not a human rightit's notthere's no such thing as a right without corresponding dutiesif a restaurant gives you free water it's because the state imposed that duty on them when it granted them a business license
>>537830185It should only apply if one parent is a citizen. Noncitizens should not be allowed to remain
There's no way it was ever meant to grant citizenship to children born on US soil to parents not born on US soil.
>>537831107By this logic all Americans are illegal.
>>537830806Listen to this fag. I pay the Town quarterly for the water I use. If I own property outside the sewer system I pay to have a well and septic system installed and cleaned. Fucking 'right'. Guess what happens if you don't pay your water bill for a year.
>>537831162If four illegals have two kids and those kids have a kid, the third generation would be legal. It forces there to be a modicum of investment in being in the country for generations to gain citizenship.
>>537831162>logicYou've come to the wrong place if you wanted that.
>>537831289Who gives the United States ownership of their land?
>>537831162article II indicates that the original stock of citizens were the non-chattel citizens of the various states at the time the constitution was adopted, and their children
>>537831289they can all be deported, unless they or their parents underwent a congressionally approved naturalization process.it doesn't matter how long you're here. you're subject to the jurisdiction of a foreign state until you become naturalized as an american, a process which involves renouncing foreign citizenships and oaths.
>>537830185Congress at the time said was "SOLELY" about giving existing former Slaves citizenship.AFAIK Trump's ass-clowns dropped the ball on that.Fun Fact: in court no matter how "known" an issue is, if you don't say it and be ready to bore the court to tears, its not part of the case. When I semi-successfully sued a deadbeat LL for Deposit + the CA mandated 3X damages the bitch judge wanted me to give some reason why the 3x? Huh, its the fucking law. Maybe I was supposed to have some big sob story spooled up??? That isn't in the LAW, or maybe it is "implied" because judge has "discretion"???I get the feeling that if I'd said, "well, as to the 3x, the fact me and LL agree I asked several times after the limits...", but I had to say that, she couldn't figure it out herself.
>>537831531I'm thinking it goes back to until your homeland no longer grants you any rights, normally 3 gens.
>>537830185When a policy shows itself to be a detriment to the nation at large it must be examined and then either changed or if no reform or fixes are possible then removed. Ideally birthright citizenship has as it is has worked out for a good part of U.S. history. However in recent years it has been causing too many problems and has been abused by malignant actors. So now the policy must be examined and altered for the benefit of the nation. Ultimately being born in the U.S. being the bare minimum to make someone a citizen is no longer enough, as it means that two illegals can create a child which will function as an anchor for them to remain or else create an issue of separation and the child being deported with them would cause issues due to them not being a citizen of their parents home country and most likely not having much in the way of papers or other legal documentation. The solution? Make it so the children of illegals do not gain citizenship if born in the U.S. . It’s quite simple really especially since acquiring a green card or visa is not hard.
>>537831580interesting, my initial reaction is to argue just because someone is stateless doesn't mean we owe them citizenship. yes, it implies they're no longer subject to the laws of the country they came from, but they never bothered to formally become subject to ours either. they're not on the draft roll for example.fun fact, wong kim ark's grandson was drafted in WWII
>>537831637>acquiring a green card or visa is not hardit's really fucking hard and that's because we're full of illegals.the odds of a european applicant getting in are 0.25%these are people who have proven education/work eligitbility, paid their lawyers, and timely filed all their paperwork. 1 out of 400.
>>537830185Should be removed entirely and replaced with a slightly modified version of the Japanese model: citizenship by birth only if both parents are citizens. If only one is a citizen, they are designated a non-deportable permanent resident as long as parental immigration status remains valid. When they turn 18, they will have a choice to: 1) Apply for citizenship by naturalization pending all the usual criminal background checks applicable to foreigners plus English fluency requirement2) Remain as a non-voting permanent resident subject to deportation back to foreign parent's native country for criminal behavior (inclusive of any criminal record before they turned 18).Naturalized citizen also cannot sponsor family or spousal visas under any circumstances to ensure that all individuals from their country of origin equally receive the full scrutiny of the immigration screening process. This puts that onus on the more assimilated 2nd generation, which will hopefully be more resistant to the tribal ambitions the first 2 parental generations. If both parents are non-citizens, they assume the immigration status of the parent with the longer visa expiration date and must leave with that parent if they are subject to removal order for whatever reasons. They can also be deported on their own for criminal behavior before 18. If they manage to turn 18 with a valid immigration status under their parent, they will be required to apply for an appropriate visa as a foreigner if they wish to remain, pending all the usual checks and requirements.
>>537830185.Generally? Bad. Next question. For White racial purity? Cool. Next question.
>>537831929>it's really fucking hardIt’s really not, especially when you consider that the factors to get it are basically you have family, work, or some other shit. But crossing your t’s and dotting your i’s means that you’re going to be on the books and you have to actually contribute like everyone else.

>>537833024>if you don't believe in an inalienable human right to gibsmedat you're a jewkys retard
>>537830185In a sane world there would be no problem with ithowever, our world has a severe problem where natural order has broken down and the smartest, most educated people don't breed and the least educated people breed more. This is a reverse darwin effect. The least suitable people breed. Then, the third world countries that are mass producing humans are moving these humans into first world countries, which will slowly take them over.Birthright citizenship means any attempt to reverse this flow will fail, because they can simply have children on foreign soil and now they've progressed that take-over further.Birthright citizenship is one tool through which civilization will be destroyed.

>>537834175>>537834197after (((mandated palestine))) won WWII, they forced European countries to include clauses like "anyone can walk into your country whenever they feel like :)", not instantly but over time they eroded border protections as 'compensation' for WWII

>>537834264something you can be qualified for and still fail 399 times out 400 is objectively not easy.I don't know why you're so eager to die on this hill. it should bother you that the law gives high quality educated skilled european english-speakers an almost insurmountable barrier to entry, while anyone can cross the southern border and get handed cash and an obamaphone.are you worried about admitting that it would be harder for mexicans if they applied legally from their home country? that's another way of saying they're incentivized to cheat while Whites (our posterity, in the Constitution) get the shaft. admit it and call it a problem. the barriers to skilled white immigration need to be addressed now. or decades ago, really.
