In my previous workplace, we had 3 boomer women doing admin work that probably amounted to maybe a few hours of actual productivity a week. None of them could even use a PC properly, and needed to be explained life changing productivity tips like cutting and pasting text in Windows and searching an email inbox. We had another boomer guy in the warehouse that spent his entire day manually entering shipments and deliveries because no one ever trained him how all this shit had been automated like 20 years ago. And this is a company cutting field staff to the bone and neglecting critical calibration and maintenance on equipment in the name of efficiency and cost cutting. Organizations are full of all these forgotten zombie roles because there are no metrics to actually show what they do, and management is afraid the responsibility falls on them if they got rid of those positions. Modern corporations are basically a cult of 80% of employees pretty much just cosplaying productivity and loyalty. Nobody has any clue what is going on

I can see how this might seem like a chicken and egg scenario to fix for those with only modest intellectual abilities, but the solution is to kill every single kike and the other problems will work themselves out nearly instantly, as if by magic, as though they were only maintained at all through the constant effort and funding of said kikes.
