>equate your opponent with a beloved cartoon character
>how did this not destroy him?!
You see, shill or possible intel research, simply equating the opponent with an animated image is not enough for mockery once the culture moved to memery and accepting internet culture as 'real' with web 2.0 and beyond. After such a change in cultural perception, the meta qualities of the animated character are what you are attaching, and not a simple equating to bafoonaery by equivalence to being animated. Donald Duck is over the top and provactive, but he only does it over the top win or lose. If you want to learn more, PAY ME.

I kinda would reward myself with a couple of hamburgers.
Fat beef patties but also some cheese and some buns.
Like chris christie, them patties and them beef pallets, those always work together, at mc donalds or some shit or burger king if you arent a democrat.
I kinda have the choice, like tomatoe ketchup or mayonese if i m daunting.

Ahem, we like the female bunnies. This is a duck and bird first board. Don, daffy, woody, even ol' huey, dewey, and Louie

It even works on the boomer types too. Because he remembers Donald duck. Christie should have used Scrooge, but then the kids would have memed that Nintendo game where he hops on his cane like a fucking ninja.
>>
>>537887360
Because it isn't derogatory, it didn't stick, and if it had, Disney probably would've tried to distance themselves from it as much as possible.

"Drowsy Don" on the other hand has some potential.

I mean, people are just dumb these days and the political power structure is that out of touch with how most live. I'd shill if I got to be creative and do something worthwhile, I'd never do the shit either side of the shekel pulls.

You're overthingken it. Chris Christie did the intellectual equivilant of a shart. His brain just completely gave up and he legitimately believed it was the funniest thing ever and an own. It's on the level of "Pokemon Go to the polls." Their senses of humor is like Biden saying "who let the dogs out" around joggers. Being reletable for them is the joke.

>>537889897
I'm not overthininking it at all; my main point is the people in power are incompetent and retarded. They themselves do not understand where power is actually derived from because like monarchies of old, they inherited the structure. The Hereditary monarchies that lasted centuries had books similar to what qualities of the prince was but written by their forefathers and kept secret and notated over time to maintain competence. Now they have a page ask an LLM if a bill looks good.

When Christie dropped out in 2016, he was the first major politician to flat out say that Trump is going to win the presidency, that he has what it takes. I think that the number of people who saw that and were persuaded to take a harder look at Trump, not anymore as a "fringe" candidate, was significant. To that point I was a lifelong Democrat and that's what his comments did for me. Christie never got the credit for the boost he gave to Trump in 2016, not even from Trump.

Christie is okay in my book.

The Dems unironically boosted Trump with all those lawsuits. I have to imagine his primary opponents were seething at them not because they actually cared if he was innocent or guilty, convicted or acquitted, but because they could tell it was having a rallying effect in his favor.
