The pretext for the movie is based but it's honestly just a really shitty film. The writing is awful, the panning drone shots feel like an amateur did them, there's no cohesive plot. You think it's going to be some cat and mouse detection plot of the Interpol detective dude slowly catching on to who the vigilante is with some sort of moral conflict on whether or not he really wants to catch him but it's just not there. There's random shit about the main characters mother and father dying when it had no relevance to the plot. Main character is also extremely unlikable landlord. There's a totally out of place sex scene where he fucks a prostitute then complains about the mold on the ceiling because he owns the brothel building. The swat scene was just retarded. There's no real story to the entire movie it's just a montage of random clips and killings. And honestly, not enough killings. If they aren't going to give me the detection plot at least give me more SAW style killings of immigrant rapists.2/10 movie. It did have a couple based scenes though like when he kills the Muslim rape gang family so I don't regret watching it.
