It's fine to have one or two Muslim communities but end of day Australia needs to stay Australia and it's harder for immigrants to assimilate properly if it's easy to just be surrounded by their old culture constantly. If I had to choose it'd go white immigrants first, then asians, then Muslims, then blacks, then Indians. But in any case they should all require training first in language and culture and be sent to rural areas for a few years to work to learn the culture before moving to anywhere they like. That being said if I saw Muslims just randomly praying like this in public I'd be pissed but I genuinely never have and I live in an ethnic neighbourhood
