Most outlets in Europe can provide for the biggest fattest minisplit AC and still have enough to spare for a gaming PC.The outside unit gets power and communication from a cable connected to the inside unit. Duh.Of course you can dig into your walls and run a dedicated power cable, this is the way if you are building a new house or doing a full renovation of course.

If you want to purge the air out and use the AC you need to open the big pipe valve until gas comes out.
