One possible explanation is elucidated by Human Bio-DIversity proponents (I.e. the worst racists ever), the further north-west you go (away from the mongrel hordes) in Europe the more you have things like executing criminals for violating social norms, children moving out of their household upon marriage/ adulthood, and most importantly: rejection of cousin marriage/ copulation. It seems like a pretty simple conclusion once you're permitted access to the facts, if you invite child-rapists, cousin-fuckers into your society your child or cousin may wind up being fucked by them.
