I installed an AC unit (heat pump) in my apartment years ago and it cost 1000€ total to me. Why is everyone here raging how "europoors" can't have air conditioning? Explain. We have regulations and building codes for this stuff but it was very simple to get installed in my experience. I had to just provide the plan and contractor information to my apartment complex housing company and they just stamped it as approved.
