No bullshit here, why taxation is theft?
>>
>>537949696
it's not. Those potholes don't fix themselves.
>>
>>537949696
What do you call it when you seize someone else's property without consent under intimidation?
>>
>>537949696
because you don't have a choice but to pay.
>>
>>537949696
It's not. It's the price you pay for exclusive use of what would otherwise be the commons. This shit was worked out hundreds of years ago
>>
>>537949929
yea but kings used to die on the battlefields. now-a-days our leaders pilfer the coffers and move to hollywood to fuck katy perry
>>
>>537949883
It's not. The money has to be spent into existence by the State first, then it taxes some of it back. This 1) drives the money 2) controls inflation 3) modifies behaviors 4) redistributes wealth.

Even with all of that being true, there are still good arguments for lower taxes or even no taxes on things like income.

>kings used to die on the battlefields.
No the fuck they didn't. The ones who did were of historical note and we remember them because of how abnormal it was.
>>
>>537950199
yes they most certainly did.
>>
>>537949696
Because I worked for the money and I'm being forced against my will to give it to someone who didn't work for it. That's the definition of theft.
>>
>>537949696
If taxation is theft then what do you call 30 years of no real wage growth whilst everyday goods and services become unaffordable and home prices are unsustainable? Maybe it's time to stop exploiting the working people?

When they "tax it back" they are taking a portion of your wealth that was either earned by you or gifted to you. It's not like the money the state creates is just given to every citizen as a matter of right.

It's still theft.

wages are theft too. heroic capitalists create all the value and (((workers))) drain it away

So it's not theft if I take something of yours then put it towards some socially useful purpose?
>>
>>537950253
This is the only correct answer.

>>537950380
jesus christ, you are an insufferable commie kike. kill yourself.
>>
>>537950365
Right. They are taking it back. For all the reasons I just explained. This is not rocket science.

Because they take that money from me by force and they use it to pay for a bunch of shit I don't want and I don't care for, like F-16 planes or government propaganda.

It's theft when the government is not delivering on it's promises already. The whole issue behind it is government wasteful spending. We need to empower state auditors, and appoint 3 of them per state and a whole department federally to sift through all financial records of all government expenditure and critique every little bit.
It'll save us far more than they cost.
