Corn is really unhealthy and is one of the strongest anti-nutrients, basically strips nutrients out of the other food and your body making it pointless. There are charts showing this along with the beans Mexicans eat with the amount of zinc it robs when eating with Oysters, you don't even get any zinc from Oysters if you have corn. Obviously this was just a test on its anti-nutrient properties in general, not that people eat corn and oysters.
