If you dont have money and want to live in florida, you must live on some body or network of water, directly, in order to stay clear of blacks. Coastal beachfront property is too expensive for most people, but there are plenty of backwaters and some rivers and ponds/lakes and stuff. Small inner city ponds and holding ponds dont count. Those attract niggers like crazy for some reason. Northeastern fl is nig central (jacksonville), but the central fl atlantic coast is mostly white trash and can be okay if you like meth. Daytona area is meh. Tampa is pretty bifurcated, but it’s still nig central number 2. If you have money, tampa is awesome. The gulf coast panhandle is probably the best part of fl. Around 3-7% niggers, lots of water to live on or near, and not unreasonable housing in most cases. West palm is beautiful, but requires millions. West palm beach is utterly negroid for some reason. Real rail road track situation down there. I miss miami and would move back if i could, but the coastal panhandle is not bad. And of course hurricanes can be a problem.

Getting to chill in a huge backyard under the warm sun is absolutely worth the risk of randomly getting jumped by a 10-foot alligator.
