Bosnian military put rocket launchers near the Croat Posavina border.
Do what you will Croatia and UN have protectorate rights over Bosnia.
The military polygon is at the Derventa, Prijava, Stanbridge triangle.
Have fun feds and notify the Croat government and UN so they jointly disarm the place. It's after all within reach of the capitol of Croatia.
