I live in the lower midwest and am surrounded by them.Now, if it were the end of the world, there's nowhere else I'd rather be, because (with the exception of interacting for business) they're probably the closest thing to sustainable self-sufficiency that's out there.They're hard working and honest...but they seem to resent having to be honest. Same thing with kindness in general. They're nice and kind, but it seems like a burden to them laid out by God, rather than an intrinsic niceness like the Mormons.
