Only 3 countries right now have strategic bombers USA, Russia and China. These 3 are the only ones who can field them. While Eurocuck countries got rid of theirs, these three kept their bombers. It seems to be pretty clear that only superpowers can field strategic bombers.
No
>>538017567Russia is not a superpower, they getting they ass kicked by hohols
>>538017567Tu-16 is not a strategic bomber
>>538017741>Getting their ass kickedNo.>By HoholsNo, by the combined economic might of Europe and the Uniited States. The battleground happens to be Ukraine. But the war is basically between NATO and Russia. Nobody wants to admit it.
>>538017741Invasion is impossible nowadays, it's like WWI again with the machine guns except this time it's drones
>>538017567Isn't that just a regular big airplane with hatch for bombs ?
>>538017782Yeah it is.
drones.we need a drone to neutralize drone swarms.
this feels like Starcraft.Battlecruisers and Carriers are the strongest units but countered by drones (aerial scourges).Valkyries could counter scourges with exploding, aerial, proximity missles but I don't know if we have those yet.We have lasers on warships now. We just need fighters with lasers and AI targeting for drones to support bombers for field missions.Lasers are better for drone destroying, and traditional gravity bombs are better for field destroy target missions.
>>538017567People think that a nuclear war will be a lot of cities being hit all in one afternoon. But the US and Russia have about 6000 nuclear warheads EACH and only so many ICBMs to deliver them. After the initial volley, you can expect nukes from bombers, subs, ships, and a dozen other ways to continue dropping for weeks or even months.Any place where planes, ships, or other military assets regroup will be a target. Cities usually are NOT targets (initially) unless they have military infrastructure, but any city that converts to wartime production will become a target during this "trickle nuke" period.
>>538017741And the USA can't beat dirt farmers
>>538017741True. Russia is a regional power. Even Obama knew that, and it really pissed them off when he said it.
'Superpower's no longer exist. All 160 nations globally are slaves to central banks.
>>538019600Not Russia.Their debt to GDP ratio is about 15% to 20%. They also have a resource intensive economy. Resource Intensive = REAL tangible goods, not Wall Street bullshit, or make work jobs for art degree retards.Their REAL GDP (measured in REAL production) is about 5x higher than the (((official))) GDP numbers for Russia.
>>538017843what percentage of NATO military might is currently in ukraine, do you estimate, john from montana oblast?
I have the answer to the drone meta (thanks AI for brainstorming with me)A giant mirrored armor aerial Death Star with a giga laser cannoncan i be on the Majestic 12 now pls
>>538017567If you don't have stand off missiles and extensive SEAD/DEAD escorts, your expensive strategic bomber is going to make an expensive strategic hole in the strategic ground to the cheapest of SAM. The purpose of strategic bombing is mass concentration of firepower, an outdated concept that never really worked very well in the first place.
>>538019913Dgaf about muh gdp of *any* country worldwide, nobody uses ruble either. All 'gdp' = LiesNobody gaf about russia it's a decrepit shithole with nuclear weapons (don't even care about muh putin's war whatever tf he's doing in ukraine that's for fags)They're not a 'superpower' by any definition. Massively corruptOnly thing Russia has going for it as a nation is oil and gas reserves. That's allhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Debt-to-GDP_ratio
>>538017567whats the point of this things if they can be shot down easily?
>>538017567>china>bomberLmao its fucking garbage look it up you fucking fool its clown tier garbage that doesnt even have precision navigation on board. Their bomber is somehow worse than the tu95 some fucking how
>>538017567Given strategic bombers will get shot down by SAMs as soon as they get anywhere near an enemy people who own them are just running a taxpayer funded aviation museum. Exception is possibly the USAF B2, maybe. Strategic bombers are probably good experience for budding future airline pilots too
>>538017850Tanks were a hard counter to machine guns, but drones and other missile weapons hard counter tanks.Maneuver warfare is dead.
>>538020112this mirrored armor, floating Death Star with a hyper laser cannon has AI targeting of course. it simply stays out of range from kinetic weapons, travels the globe and zzaps it's targets
what is even the point of big slow bombers? These niggas would be shot down immediately
>>538019371Starcraft is right. We literally already have "Goliath online"
a mirrored armor, floating Death Star with a hyper laser canon is the classic dream of evil oligarchs all over the world.mirrored armor to protect land based laser cannons from burning it out of the sky
>>538020426protect against*i am a gamer.
>>538020207>>538020264see>>538019434They are for the "trickle nuke" stage of a long protracted nuclear war. It's assumed that most radars will have been destroyed by the time these LONG RANGE bombers start delivering payloads. Also they can carry various types of missiles that can travel thousands of miles from the bomber. (That's what Russia is doing right now with "glide bombs" on Ukraine.)Having bombers like this tells the world that even if you survive the first nuclear salvo, you won't survive the THOUSANDS of nukes that will be slowly delivered over the next several weeks.
and of course, they will start building mirror shields as defense against giant orbital laser death stars... but kinetic weapons can destroy mirror shields but then their AI assisted laser system will destroy kinetic missles.. so the kinetic weapons should be really fast and heavy
>>538020539lasers with AI targeting will simply burn all nukes out of the sky. nuclear rain
>>538020467>i am a gamer.I see from your flag
Rods from God - too heavy to carry into space. But smaller 1-2 ton blocks with ceramic, heat protection coating dropped in succession on a mountain bunker - kabooom
>>538017850It's entirely possible, provided one has the balls to utilize tactical nuclear weapons. The Soviet era tanks currently employed by Russia were specifically engineered to operate in environments affected by radioactive fallout.
>>538017782>B-52 are still too scared to fly over Iran after the US depleted half their missile arsenal on themPaper tiger status?
drones with mirrored armor to bypass laser weapons. warfare is convulted
>>538017567>Russia invaded Ukraine and got humiliated by RC planes>America invaded Iran and got humiliated by RC planes>China refuses to invade Taiwan because they know they'll get humiliated by RC planesgreat superpowers you've got there
>>538017567>While Eurocuck countries got rid of theirs,I doubt this was by choice
