Please remember to stay hydrated. Your body has a very effective natural cooling strategy in sweating, but there are two things many people do to undermine that process. First is that most people don't drink enough water, and second is that most people wipe their sweat up instead of letting it evaporate which is how it actually cools you. Without enough water you can't even sweat in the first place, and if you just wipe your sweat up instead of letting it evaporate and pull heat off of you then all you're doing is dehydrating yourself faster as your body rushes to sweat harder. A simple bit of shade can make a big difference.Not wearing socks can be hugely impactful. No hats. You can also mimic your natural sweating by just spraying yourself with a water bottle and letting the water evaporate but if you have to do this you're probably dehydrated and should drink more water.
