Drone operations split like air force operation intoService men who take out drone from storage, charge them, check, prepare for flight and take them out of hideay holes to launch positions, also install repeaters to link to these drones from underground. All mundane, low skill and dangerous jobs (when you walk outside you are target for drones yourself)Actual drone piloting that is done by much smaller number of individuals.If you can move away drone pilots from front-line and le them connect via internet remotely it ads many benefits1. Its safer in the rear then near frontlines.2. You can easily concentrate efforts and "vitrually move" hundreds skilled pilots to active front-line sector in seconds to mass control drone there.
