A mixed system where you apply markets to things where it makes sense like consumer goods but maintain state control in areas where it doesn't like healthcare and infrastructure. Also the central government needs to have a tight leash over capital to resist the latter's insatiable drive towards stupid globohomo oligarchy shit to maximize profit and capital accumulation. Also flexibility to fiddle with the levers between state control and private enterprise in certain industries on a case by case basis, to balance the strengths and weaknesses of each (privatization in cases where a big state monopoly gets lazy and inefficient, nationalization in cases where private firms form monopolies / price gouge / etc.)
