Once activated, it serves as the resonator array for the projection system of a powerful laser. It will remain solely under their control.It is also unlikely for us to be in danger any time soon, as the Reptilians are currently trapped on the far side of the galaxy by a powerful telekinetic force field for at least the next 300 years.
