Increasing taxation on companies and citizens, eating through savings, eating through oil and other natural resources earnings, wartime economy i.e. underfunding investments, education, healthcare etc. and diverting funds to the army, and other things.

That's not all. For what I've heard, Russia is financing the war through a combination of high revenues from oil and gas exports (especially to countries such as China and India after Western sanctions), increased government borrowing by issuing domestic bonds, higher taxes and one-time levies on large companies, and a major shift of the federal budget toward military spending. The state has also drawn on sovereign wealth reserves, expanded defense production, and relied on the central bank to manage inflation and stabilize the financial system despite the economic strain. While sanctions have made imports, technology access, and financing more difficult, they have not cut off Russia's primary export income, allowing the government to continue funding the war, albeit at the cost of rising inflation, labor shortages, and growing long-term economic pressure.

Selling oil and gas and other things.
Basically its China who finance and make this war going since they are the ones who benifit the most out of this.
China has basically turned Russia into a vassal state of them since everything Russia buys and sells has to be paid in yuan. So Russia is kept by the balls by China. Without China, Russia would not have afford this.

China, Europe, US. Europe buy through turkey or india, or illegally which you can tell by the arrested tankers. US probably buys directly. Many things you simply can not get elsewhere, either supply is not guaranteed or too expencieve or quality is shit. You can ban stuff as a delusional politician who lives off the taxpayer funds but as a businessman who needs to feed the family you just look for reliable supplier.

btw Russia finances campaign by production, be it of weapons or processing carbons making value while western faggots purely run on loans and money printer producing literally nothing of value, especialy euroniggers making loans to buy USA stockpile weapons and chinese drones
Russia has both resource and production base and what it lacks it imports from China

are you drunk, the russians can't force change on the ground even if they sacrificed entire army group specifically because they lack the bare minimum necessary USSR could field
