Why did everybody become a degenerate gambler?
>>
>>538068277
My dad made ~3K brazil money on the games this weekend. Probably lost more in the years before, but still, that's your why,
>>

How much does the house keep?
>>
The funny thing is, the gambling dosh always goes to OF girls. Like every time. I'm around 30 year old sportsball dudes they literally just siphon their winnings lol
>>
>>538068277
Reminder that 40% of American men under the age of 50 have experienced gambling debt at some point.

MONEY LAUNDERING
That's all.

DEGENERACY IN DEGENERACY OUT
>>
I blame CSGO.
>>
>>538068277
Its easy to launder for the big dogs, and for the little guy well most things are blatantly rigged so if you just have the slightest clue, you know whos going to win.
>>
It’s misleading though, because the 165 billion in 2025 was mostly me. Wagering on a Washington Generals victory.

And 80% of statistics on /pol/ come straight from anon's ass

Trump's son(s?) is on the board of both major gambling companies (Kalshi and Polymarket)
States are blocked from enacting any laws against it because the federal government nullifies them to protect trump family profits. This is just how it works now. Let the collapse of America continue to own the libs.

During the Obama recession poker became a big deal not because people like poker but because everyone fantasized about actually winning enough money to live, because work didn't and doesn't pay that.
>>

Its called inflation....
>>
>>538068277
Cool, not remove the top .1% of gamblers from the stats and show us that.
>>
>>538068277
>public is highly susceptible to peer pressure and advertising
>gambling companies spend absolutely unfathomable amounts of money engineering both
>it works
that's how
>>
>>538068277
That's despair, anon. When you are not making enough to take care of your family you start betting, gambling and whatever to try to make money. It's probably a reflex on how Americans are getting poorer.

They made it easier than ever

Unless "debt" is between a bar bet and pay up, I doubt that. Sauce?

the murrican goyim brain is very easy to program, you just need flashing lights and big letters on the TV screen

because they took what used to be something you had to physically travel somewhere to do with a bookie to being something you can just access sitting on a couch on a smart phone. 2 decades ago you had to go somewhere that gambling was legal in order to actually gamble.

now that it's legal in almost every single state, you can just hop on a phone and place a bet on anything even non sports shit, we have a society wide problem with gambling now and it's going completely unaddressed. I remember growing up seeing commercials telling people if you had a problem with gambling to call a help line because it was considered a serious illness that could cripple you financially. Now it's just widely accepted that it's OK to gamble all the time and constantly be gambling, it's completely normalized in society now even though the house still always wins and the odds are against you.

It’s surprising that you’re only focusing on Trump. The amount wagered on sports still significantly increased after his first term ended and before his second term even began according to OP’s X post.

This.
Turn on any sporting event or hell any podcast, you can't get away from it.

Check first for:
money laundering
fake data because people invested in betting always want to convince other people is popular to get investment money out of them
then check the rest
