The military side of hezbollah is unlikely to disarm or leave lebanon without direct intervention between the lebanese government and multiple foreign military forces. The lebanese governement has literally zero leverage over hezbollah and hezbollah has no reason to listen to the government when iran is pretty much financing them completely.

The Lebanese government is completely cucked and weak. It has no power or strength to fight and if they ever try to enforce any Israel policies they will instantly lose in the ensuing civil war. Israel can sign cope agreements with compromised fake governments all they want, Hezbollah is going nowhere and they're not getting their roasted tank commander back anytime soon.
