Weird how there aren't any threads about how the SCOTUS said vampire gun rules are unconstitutional and that being a habitual drug user does not disqualify you from owning a gun.
The vampire rule is Hawaii (and most faggot states) defacto ban carrying a gun on private property even with a loicence. Whereas normal states like texas defacto allow the carry of guns on private property that's open to the public like a super market and the most they can do is tell you to leave and if you don't you are trespassing.
the habitual drug user one was 9-0 and they basically said if you wanted a habitual drug user law the person would have to be so fucked up on drugs all the fucking time as to not be able to function as that's what a habitual drunkard rule was
