Whatever you do, definitely do NOT get on a plane to America with your heavily pregnant wife/girlfriend. Do NOT stay in a nice hotel and induce labor using readily available means. Definitely do NOT then take your wife or girlfriend into the nearest ER and have that baby, because that baby would automatically become a US citizen, and therefore so would you. That would be really really mean to all the other people who are attempting get citizenship the normal way, and you'd be cutting in line. So don't do it!
