That same complex now charges $750 for the same place. Doesn't seem like that dramatic of an increase tbqh

apartments are now all "luxury apartment communities" which are not luxurious, were thrown up as quickly as possible, rent out to section 8 coons, and charge 1600+ a month for the "privilege"

houses are ridiculously overpriced relative to available regional income , meaning only people with existing equity can afford to buy a house

trailer parks are being bought up and charging 600+ a month lot fees, plus whatever you spend on a trailer
