I even went to Parthenon and i think its beauty is exaggetated. Of course historians, orators, geographers amd explorers were pretty based, and man self determination was pretty unknown to other countries at the time, so there definately there are many good things. Just be critical when studying about ancient Greece and dont idealize it too much.
