Yeah, I'm sure governments have embedded, but it's a limited system. These "verification" laws also give governments an "off" switch for specific people (or groups of people, for that matter). Government finds out you're not an israel supporter, and suddenly all of the verification systems refuse your ID. Perhaps the most significant of all is the fact that it basically bans everything except social media sites approved by the verification vendors, which are already proven to be embedded into government systems, which means no social media except the government approved stuff. Can't set up your own site without making sure to "verify" your users, and since social media is really just a two-way communication system, all public two-way internet communication is banned.
