They ruled Trump's executive order unconstitutional but it doesn't change the fact that the executive branch has sole jurisdiction over immigration and power of naturalization. Trump can deport anyone here illegally, including any children not grandfathered-in through their parents own approved application for naturalization. The 14th amendment doesn't cover foreigners by default.
